Program Description

Xperience Roofing, LLC operates an SMS text message program to send operational, job-related notifications to its contracted subcontractor crews. Messages are sent from +1 (385) 316-2148 and include: new job assignments, scheduling and site-visit updates, photo submission requests and reminders, job status changes, and assignment expiration notices. This program is used solely for operational communication with active, contracted crews. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.

How Crews Opt In

Crew members provide express written consent by signing the Xperience Roofing SMS Terms & Consent form during crew onboarding, which collects their name, company, mobile phone number, and signature. There is no public sign-up; only contracted crew members who have signed the consent form receive messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of entering into, or maintaining, a subcontractor relationship with Xperience Roofing.

Message Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies with job activity (typically 2–6 messages per assigned job). Message and data rates may apply. Charges, if any, are billed by the recipient's mobile carrier.

Opting Out & Help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. One final confirmation message will be sent, after which no further messages will be delivered. Reply START to re-subscribe at any time. Opting out of SMS does not affect a crew member's contractual obligations; job communication will continue by email or phone.

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and opt-in data collected under this program are used only to deliver the messages described above. No mobile information will be shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver messages (SMS service provider) or as required by law.
