Welcome to Xperience Roofing. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, online forms, communications, estimates, inspections, and related services. By using this website or submitting information to Xperience Roofing, you agree to the terms below.
1. Company Information
Xperience Roofing, LLC provides residential and commercial roofing-related services, which may include roof inspections, roof repairs, roof replacements, storm-damage assessments, insurance-claim support, exterior restoration services, and related construction services.
Where required, Xperience Roofing operates through properly licensed contractors, subcontractors, or affiliated service providers. Contractor licensing requirements vary by state and project type. Utah contractor licensing is regulated through the Utah Department of Commerce Division of Professional Licensing.
2. Website Use
This website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. You agree not to use this website to:
Violate any law or regulation;
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
Interfere with the security or operation of the website;
Attempt to access non-public systems, data, or accounts;
Copy, scrape, reproduce, or misuse website content without permission.
We may restrict or terminate access to the website at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated.
3. No Contract Created by Website Use
Submitting a form, requesting an inspection, calling our company, texting us, or communicating with our team does not create a binding construction contract.
A binding agreement is created only when all required parties sign a written agreement, work authorization, estimate approval, scope of work, change order, or other contract document approved by Xperience Roofing.
4. Estimates, Inspections, and Recommendations
Any estimate, inspection result, roof assessment, or recommendation provided by Xperience Roofing is based on the information reasonably available at the time of inspection or review.
Estimates may change due to:
Hidden or concealed damage;
Decking or structural issues;
Code requirements;
Material availability;
Manufacturer requirements;
Insurance scope changes;
Permit requirements;
Customer-requested changes;
Weather or site conditions;
Labor, material, or supplier pricing changes.
Unless stated otherwise in a signed contract, estimates are not guaranteed final prices.
5. Insurance Claims
Xperience Roofing may provide documentation, photos, measurements, estimates, or general support related to a customer’s insurance claim. However, Xperience Roofing is not an insurance company, public adjuster, law firm, or legal representative.
We do not guarantee that an insurance carrier will:
Approve a claim;
Pay a specific amount;
Cover a full roof replacement;
Cover code upgrades;
Pay for supplements;
Pay within a specific timeframe.
The insurance policyholder remains responsible for understanding their insurance policy, deductible, exclusions, coverage limits, and payment obligations.
6. Customer Responsibility for Payment
Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, the customer is responsible for all amounts due under the contract, including deductibles, upgrades, change orders, uncovered items, and any amounts not paid by insurance.
Insurance proceeds do not automatically satisfy the customer’s contractual payment obligations unless expressly agreed in writing by Xperience Roofing.
7. Deductibles
Where applicable, customers are responsible for paying their insurance deductible. Xperience Roofing does not waive, rebate, conceal, absorb, or misrepresent deductibles where doing so would violate applicable law, insurance policy terms, or ethical business practices.
8. Scheduling and Weather Delays
Project schedules are estimates only and may be affected by:
Weather;
Material availability;
Permit approvals;
Labor availability;
Safety conditions;
Supplier delays;
Insurance approvals;
Customer responsiveness;
Unforeseen site conditions.
Xperience Roofing is not responsible for reasonable delays caused by conditions outside its control.
9. Materials and Product Availability
Roofing materials, colors, accessories, and manufacturer products may vary by availability, region, supplier, and production timing. Xperience Roofing will make reasonable efforts to source selected materials, but we do not guarantee availability unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
Substitutions may be required if selected materials are discontinued, delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for the project.
10. Change Orders
Any work outside the original signed scope may require a written change order. Change orders may affect project cost, timeline, materials, labor, warranties, and completion dates.
Verbal requests may not be binding unless confirmed in writing by Xperience Roofing.
11. Permits, Codes, and Compliance
Where required, Xperience Roofing will make reasonable efforts to comply with applicable permitting, building code, and inspection requirements. Code requirements may vary by city, county, state, and project type.
If code-required work is discovered after the initial estimate, additional charges may apply unless otherwise covered by insurance or included in the signed scope of work.
12. Warranties
Any workmanship warranty offered by Xperience Roofing will be described in the applicable signed contract, warranty document, or project paperwork.
Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not Xperience Roofing. Manufacturer warranty coverage may depend on proper installation, product selection, ventilation, registration, maintenance, and other manufacturer requirements.
Warranty coverage may be limited or voided by:
Customer damage or neglect;
Third-party repairs or modifications;
Storms, hail, wind, fire, flood, or acts of God;
Structural movement;
Improper attic ventilation not caused by Xperience Roofing;
Pre-existing defects;
Failure to maintain the roof or property;
Work performed by others.
13. Maintenance
Customers are responsible for normal property and roof maintenance, including gutter cleaning, debris removal, ventilation maintenance, sealant review, and timely reporting of leaks or visible issues.
Failure to maintain the property may affect warranty coverage.
14. Photos, Videos, and Marketing Use
Xperience Roofing may take photos, videos, drone footage, or other visual documentation of the property for estimating, production, quality control, insurance documentation, training, and project records.
Unless a customer objects in writing, Xperience Roofing may use non-sensitive project photos or videos for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, case studies, internal training, or portfolio purposes. We will not intentionally publish private personal information such as claim numbers, financial information, or sensitive customer documents.
15. Reviews and Testimonials
Customer reviews and testimonials must reflect honest opinions and real experiences. Xperience Roofing does not knowingly use fake reviews, misleading testimonials, or endorsements that misrepresent a customer’s experience. FTC guidance states that endorsements and reviews should be honest and not misleading.
We may display customer reviews, testimonials, ratings, photos, or comments submitted through Google, social media, third-party platforms, or direct communications, subject to applicable law and platform rules.
16. Website Content
All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons, layouts, designs, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Xperience Roofing unless otherwise stated.

18. Financing
If financing options are offered, they may be provided by third-party lenders or financing partners. Financing approval, terms, rates, fees, and payment obligations are determined by the financing provider, not Xperience Roofing.
Xperience Roofing does not guarantee financing approval or specific financing terms.
19. Communication Consent
By submitting your phone number, email address, or contact information, you authorize Xperience Roofing and its representatives to contact you by phone, text message, email, voicemail, or other communication methods regarding your inquiry, appointment, estimate, project, account, or related services.
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying “STOP” where applicable. Transactional or project-related communications may still be sent as permitted by law.

22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xperience Roofing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from website use, communications, project delays, third-party conduct, insurance decisions, supplier delays, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
23. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xperience Roofing, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, subcontractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your misuse of the website;
Your violation of these Terms;
False or inaccurate information you provide;
Unauthorized use of our content;
Your violation of applicable law;
Claims caused by third parties outside Xperience Roofing’s control.
24. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute related to website use, communications, estimates, services, or work performed by Xperience Roofing shall first be addressed through good-faith informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may be required to follow the dispute-resolution process stated in the signed contract, if applicable. This may include mediation, arbitration, court proceedings, or another agreed process.
The signed project agreement will control over these website Terms if there is any conflict regarding project-specific dispute resolution.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the applicable services are provided, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
For projects performed in Utah, Utah law may apply. For projects performed in other states, the laws of that state may apply.
26. State-Specific Requirements
Certain states, counties, cities, or municipalities may require specific notices, license disclosures, cancellation rights, lien notices, contract language, or consumer-protection disclosures.
To the extent required by law, those state-specific requirements apply and control over any conflicting language in these Terms.
